ABOUT
ME
Carol Davies
Thank you for visiting my site.
Most of us at some point in our lives will benefit from someone to talk to; someone who will listen without judgement, is empathetic and helps to make the journey you are starting on feel less daunting. Someone who is welcoming and approachable and helps to make things seem a little clearer and manageable.
For the last three decades I have been working with young people, adults and families helping to navigate complex situations, thoughts, and feelings. I have worked in areas of domestic abuse, parenting support, sexual and criminal exploitation, youth violence, safeguarding and empowerment, my experience has led me to consider that change can only happen when we Learn
what the barriers are, Grow
our confidence and self-esteem and by being kind start to Love
ourselves.
Hence why I decided to call my counselling practice Learn Grow Love
a safe space for everyone to explore and challenge their thoughts and feelings.
